The perspective taken in the project is one of pedagogy and field didactics. The project’s relevance is based not only in the domain of basic (methodological) research but also in the context of the current curricular reform in the Czech Republic, which at the moment is entering the face in which standards of quality in education should play an important part. The outcomes of the project will be accessible for the development of theoretical and methodological basis for the monitoring and evaluation of the educational system and will contribute to the empirical operationalisation of standards of quality in education including various implementation strategies.
