Description Different methods for isolation of PCR-ready DNA were tested. The influence of the DNA isolation procedures tested on the reproducibility of RAPD and rep-PCR was studied. The reproducibility of amplification of DNA isolated by the salting-out method and adsorption on magnetic nonporous microspheres was comparable with the phenol extraction method.
