This project employs social network analysis methods aiming to investigate interaction patterns of university students in synchronous online courses. The project aims to identify prevalent interaction patterns between students and teachers across a semester and identify most influential communicators. It aims to visualize and measure interaction based on social network theory and employ inferential statistics to model relationship between student’s interaction and course achievement.
