Dietary supplements for athletes are a very important ingredient in the nutrition of top and recreational athletes. There is a great deal of knowledge about the use of individual components, the purpose of their use, and the overall timing, but there is not much knowledge of how the ingredients of the supplements behave in practical use within the training and performance. The project will monitor the effect of different outdoor temperatures on the composition and change of active substances when exposed to real ambient temperatures in which an athlete can exercise. The aim will be to describe these changes, assess the level of risk to the consumers and verify that the usability of the active substances is the same after exposure to the real conditions as well as the laboratory assumption.
