The aim of the project is to determine changes in blood pressure during the course of selected physical activities (running, resistance training, total electromyostimulation - Miha Bodytech) from both acute and long-term point of view and to define the response of the organism in the values of systolic and diastolic blood pressure during the exercise, and afterwards repeatedly in regular time intervals up to 30 minutes after the end of the previous physical activity. At the end, a comparison of detected TK values between individual motion activities will be done.
