Description I was carried out a pilot study focusing on the incidence of dependency forms of behavior. In a sample of 228 persons with physical disability was using an anonymous questionnaire of 20 items examined use of addictive substances. There were numerous reported lifetime experience with a variety of addictive substances with addictive nature of the activity behavior. With nicotine and cannabinoids experimented 16% respondents (less substantial than in the general population), reported abstinence from alcohol 10%. Were mentioned sporadic experiments with opiates, and amphetamine or ephedrine stimulants, hallucinogens, inhalants, dancing drugs.
