Description Training simulations are among the very useful study support. Their importance is not confined to the technical disciplines. At present, for their creation to benefit uses Adobe Flash. This instrument is among the top tools. Can it create a simulation, not only working on the Internet, but also the desktop application, or graphic interfaces for different programs, for example, created in VisualStudio, C #, etc. In the coming Flash Player 10, even 3D. ActionScript 3 is fully object-oriented and brought up to ten times the acceleration playing SWF animations. Creating the simulations should also adjust the maximum current requirements. They should be dynamic and easily modifi. There is a need to be working at the time of their creation. This emphasis on their internal structure. The contribution aims to show one of the ways to meet these requirements the use of objects with their own intelligence.It is a research into the use of these technologies not only for students with specific needs.
