Description | The contribution briefly introduces the project of CPV Video Study of English. It focuses in more detail on the description of the planned analysis of the approaches to teaching culture and their observation in English classes with special focus on observing enhancing the intercultural communicative competence. It introduces the system of categories developed for observing teaching intercultural communicative competence in English classes videotaped in the project of CPV Video Study of English and examples of transcript extracts representing the categories present in the sample of 79 lessons videotaped in the 7th and 8th grades of elementary schools in Jihomoravský, Zlínský and Olomoucký regions. |
