Description This article focuses on the analysis of the needs of students future teachers of primary and secondary schools studying Special Needs Education and preparing for education of pupils with special educational needs, to have exact knowledge of health disadvantage and chronic illness. It compares this data with knowledge of students who are not studying Special Needs Education; its goal is to suggest an optimal solution on the bases of research that will enhance their professional competences in the area of special needs educational support of pupils with epilepsy according to the needs of different groups of students.
