| Description | The report analyses biographies of 50 basic school women teachers who described their autobiography as a personal story in the realization of the teaching profession. We focused primarily on the motivation of teaching profession, professional training and adaptation, on the impact of the profession on own life in the marriage and on relations with own children, on friendly relationships, on relations with people, on living of teaching profession in the self-realization of own personality and on personally significant or determining Life Event in profession life, success, failures and personal declarations. Surveyed persons were offered a biography structure, which may have led them to better self-reflection of themselves as teachers in relation to their personal history and future. We perform interpretation from the view of understanding of quality of life and life style. |
