| Description | A lot of studies is interesting in effectiveness of public administration, there are aimed to its measuring and evaluation. This article tries to identify assumption of this effectiveness (it will be not differentiated between the terms efficient and effective in this text, although in deeper analysis and in some circumstances the difference can be important). Knowledge of economic theory for single factors (political, organizational, economical) is implemented to sphere of public employment services realization. Main goal is formation of conclusions, by that is clear which factors affect the effectiveness and how much. |
