Description The aim of the Slow Toning workshop at ZTV was to present smooth dynamic sequences at moderate aerobic intensity, focused on optimal involvement of the muscles of the lower and upper half of the body, development of coordination, improvement of balance and posture. Slow and consciously guided movement teaches you to perceive your body more attentively without hard impacts and impacts. It combines slow strengthening, balance positions, stretching and relaxation. Exercises in different positions for all muscle groups are used, including weight training your own body, or with the use of exercise equipment overballs, towels, toning balls, bars and Backing. It is based on elements of pilates, yoga and classical ballet. This exercise will be appreciated by people with different degree of physical fitness, overweight, limited mobility.
