Description According to studies, the increasing risk of obesity in the general population is mainly caused by insufficient physical activity. The main goal of this study was to compare the effect of two types of endurance training, High-intensity interval training (HIIT) and moderate-intensity continuous training, and their effect on chosen aspects of body composition. Despite the relevant results, the HIIT program showed better results. Expanding the testing group and considering the subjects’ eating regimen, motivation, and readiness for testing to continue is crucial. High-intensity interval training is a promising training program for body composition alternation due to its variability and low time consumption.
