| Description | This paper describes results of research of milk and dairy productions popularity. This research was realized in children in second and thirst class of chosen elementary schools in the Czech Republic. Research was made with structured interview. 175 children 7 – 9 aged took part in this research. The results of research demonstrated milk and dairy products are popular part in daily diet in children of first level of elementary schools. Only 6 respondents from file 175 asked children wrote, that they don´t consume milk and dairy products. It was found out frequency of consumption of milk differ in dependence on place of residence, bud it doesn´t differ in dependence on gender. More than 80 per cent of respondents prefer half-fat milk to low-fat milk and full-fat milk. What is about dairy products, the Pribinacek was interpreted like the most popular dairy product. It was discovered asked children had quiet good knowledge about milk and dairy products. Thanks nowadays interest population about milk and dairy products and thanks positive properties of milk in mainly children nutrition, education in this part is at most useful and needed. |
