| Description | In the paper is undertaken chemical analysis of 13 assembly of lunches which was sampled in dinnig hall at Military University of the Ground Forces (VVŠ PV) in Vyškov. Intra-chemical analysis assembly of lunches was determined content of toxic elements of lead and cadmium by polarografic analyzer. All observed valus were in tolerance. |
