Description At work, the diet of 9 soldiers participating in a diving course was monitored. The soldiers' diet was determined using a questionnaire and also by monitoring their daily diet record. The results showed that the soldiers buy a lot of fatty foods during the diving course. They lack vitamins, minerals and fiber because the consumption of fruits and vegetables as well as the consumption of milk and milk products is insufficient.
