Description The paper aims to present the results of research conducted during the lessons of educational communication and focused on preservice science teachers. Students were asked to implement in the maximum extent elements of dialogic teaching (open questions of higher cognitive demands, uptake and open discussion) into its microteaching (15 minutes lessons for their classmates). The students have been successful in varying degrees and can be divided into three groups. In what different groups, they will also be discussed.
