International Week 2024

On Thursday 11 February at 4 pm CET our Ph.D. student Veronika Vasilcova will be a guest speaker in the online event Women’s contribution in science and their role in Cultural Communication organized by SALAM STORIES Saudi Arabia. Veronika Vasilcova works as a clinical specialist at King Abdullah Specialist Children's Hospital where she specializes in children rehabilitation and leads the internship program at the hospital.
Salam Stories is an interactive platform that meets a number of Saudi and international personalities from diverse cultural backgrounds and specialties, in addition to the experiences lived in Saudi Arabia, presenting their vision and experiences that tell stories of coexistence and tolerance and promote human commonalities among peoples.
To celebrate Women and Girls in science, Salam Stories hosts women working in different scientific disciplines in a virtual session on the Zoom platform. They will discuss the role of women in their field, and the role of science in the field of cultural communication.
