Doctoral internships in South Africa
In the spring semester, Mgr. Vincent Anton went to North-West University in South Africa for a month.
This course on lifestyle interventions during the pandemic has been prepared by teachers from 6 universities, including FSpS MUNI. The course is open to students from all involved universities.
In this online course, we will talk about the difficulties of changing your behaviour and your role as a Physical activity and lifestyle professional. We will have guest speakers from five European countries to lecture about topics related to lifestyle factors as physical activity, stress reduction and nutrition.
