Popis | Juggling, a motor activity from the field of psychomotricity, is an activity with several positive impacts on functions of men, such as movement coordination, concentration, rhythmical skills, attention, spatial orientation, social interaction, etc. We have chosen a group of adolescents with syndromes of ADHD, hyperactivity and behaviour and learning disorders for our research experiment. We applied juggling and psychomotor activities in order to develop the above mentioned functions and to point out the importance of the alternative motor activities that focus on the experience and joy of movement, in contrast to activities emphasising only the physical condition improvement. |
