Popis | In this contribution we present results of an industrial initiated project, which aimed for improved lamination of polyester textile fabrics with ultra hydrophobic and oleophobic surface properties. These fabrics are functionalized with a fluoro-organic finishing and are generally used for automotive applications, like the interior of cars. Different atmospheric pressure plasma sources, like plasma jets, flames or surface barrier discharges (DCSBD) were investigated to improve the lamination ability of these fabrics only for one side, still remaining the antirepellent surface properties on the second side. Best results regarding one-sided textile modification and good lamination were obtained with DCSBD plasmas. |
