Cílem projektu je vytvoření Národního ústavu pro neurologický výzkum. V projektu je plánován klinický a částečně základní výzkum týkající se neurodegenerativních onemocnění, zejména neurovývojových poruch a poruch v oblasti kognice a pohybu.
