Continuing and building upon its successful 2021 predecessor, the proposed project aims to extract, analyze, and visualize previously unseen medical information in Czech and Polish health records – a pioneering endeavor, as this kind of research is virtually nonexistent in Slavic languages. We have obtained unique and highly valuable databases of health records (no personal data) and our extraction methods employ hybrid approaches ranging from BERT classification to high-speed automaton search.
Sustainable Development Goals
Masaryk University is committed to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, which aim to improve the conditions and quality of life on our planet by 2030.
