Projekt se bude zabývat mechanizmem vzniku kardiomyopatie působením kombinací bronchodilatačních léčiv, za použití kardiomyocytů odvozených z pluripotentních kmenových buněk, získaných reprogramací primárních kultur z biopsií pacienů.
