CETOCOEN PLUS is a follow-up to the successful CETOCOEN project of OP RDI (2009–2013). The aim of this project is to attract an excellent internationally recognized scientist as a leader of new ambitious team ready to pursue a highly competitive research on factors impacting human health and wellbeing. This research team consists of motivated young individuals with significant scientific records and international experience representing a wide scope of expertise needed to tackle scientific challenges of this research field addressing burning societal challenges of current Europe. CETOCOEN PLUS significantly broadens current scientific focus of the RECETOX Centre, and increases competitiveness, and attractiveness of Masaryk University as a partner in the international collaborative projects. Simultaneously, it supports further development of the existing research infrastructure by extending a scope of available expertise, quality, and efficiency of services.
