Projekt základního výzkumu z oblasti optického sledování dějů ve výbojovém plazmatu dielektrického bariérového výboje. Laserem indukovaná fluorescence bude využita pro sledování vzniku atomárních radikálů v průběhu nábojové rekombinace na povrchu dielektrika. Optická emise doprovázející tento děj bude spektroskopicky analyzována. Pro tento účet bude sestrojeno zařízení využívajíci Time correlated single photon counting (TCSPC). Děje nábojové rekombinace budou studovány také s pomocí rychlé iCCD kamery.
