Description	Hepatocellular carcinoma is the fifth most frequent tumour globally especially due to high prevalence of HBV infection in undeveloped countries. In the Czech Republic is the prevalence not so high - approximately 500 new cases are diagnosed every year almost all in cirhotoc patients.
