| Description | The possibility to work means very much for every person. A job contributes to its development, gaining of independence, socialization and improvement of quality of life. People with disabilities have the possibility to find a job on the open labour market or in sheltered workshops or they develope their working and social competences in social services. This text presents the resuts of a research where a part focuses the analysis of foreign practices. There are examples of three european countries here. |
