Description | The aim of this paper is to verify the validity of general assumptions of potential Pareto criterion of general benefit. It can be demonstrated on the real examples of the Czech economics that these problems are an ordinary part of most development projects of local or regional nature which have the character of public benefit buildings. The question is whether similar effects can be expected also in the implementation of private projects and if so, which of them are concerned. Other relevant issues are related to the way of compensations which are expected in the context of arising detriment. Based on these findings it is then possible to make a generalization and also a proposal for potential change leading to an increase in Pareto efficiency. |
