| Description | The presented study analyses the approach of the film industry and official cultural policy to the production of genre films in Czechoslovakia and the GDR, as well as specifics, advantages and problems brought about by the co-production between the two relatively compatible milieu of the film industry, taking as an example the co-produced film Strasna zena, the success of which was only average. |
