| Description | Children with type 1 diabetes mellitus had significantly decreased baroreflex sensitivity, significantly increased pulse wave velocity and augmentation index. We have found in diabetics impairement blood pressure regulation and vesel properties even they do not have any clinical signs of an autonomous disorder during some years of duration of this disease. |
