| Description | This paper deals with selected coordination abilities of soccer players of junior and adult/senior categories. Three measurements were carried out to test simple and selective reaction and agility of the players. Fitro agility check equipment was used as a measurement tool. There were no significant changes as for agility of juniors during the pre-competition period and autumn period aimed mainly at traditional training process focused more on developing fitness than coordination ability. The expected changes were found especially as far as agility of the senior team is concerned. |
