Description By describing the structure of nucleic acids (NK) passed several decades, but the NC is still one of the most studied molecules. The study of NK applies a number of methods and procedures, which include electrochemical analysis. First published electrochemical behavior of NK Palecek in 1960 (Tom Thumb, 1958, the Tom Thumb 1960) and since then this issue received considerable attention (Drummond, et. Al., 2003, Tom Thumb, 1988, Tom Thumb, 2002). The most important applications is especially cheap and fast construction of biosensors for analysis of specific DNA sequences. For this purpose the most recently developed procedures, using the surface of paramagnetic beads (Tom Thumb, et. Al., 2002, Wang 2003, Wang et. Al., 2003). Paramagnetic beads are monodisperse polymer particles, ensuring a stable and definable surface for adsorption and assembly of various bioreaktivních molecules, thereby ensuring maximum efficiency and reproducibility in quantitative analysis. Proper selection of NC is important for further study, such as NK detection, gene expression, the search for a specific sequence. The aim of our study was a) the design procedure for the isolation of mRNA from biological material, b) determine the level of mRNA in the sample.
