Description | The aim of this study was molecular characterization of primary tumors of colon and rectum using modern and progressive analysis based on expression profiles of 667 microRNAs by quantitative real-time PCR arrays. We analyzed expression profiles of 20 patients without lymph node positivity and 25 patients with lymph node positivity to identify miRNA differentially expressed between these two groups that would alow us to diagnose presence of lymph nodes metastases directly from the primary tumor. |
