Description	This an overview of new immunosuppressant agents, TOR inhibitors, including everolimus and sirolimus after heart transplantation.It is possible to use them de novo or to switch from existing therapy in the case of calcineurin nephropathy, vasculopathies, malignancies or neuropathy.
