Description	The chapter deals with the question whether we shall administer antiepileptic medication directly after first epileptic seizure and whwther this decision has an impact on possible repetition of epileptic seizure. The follow-up group has been evaluated in 2005/06 and evaluated again after five years. The accuracy of decision about administration of antiepileptics has been acknowledged.
