| Description | The contents of this paper consist of comparing the technical levels of a round-off vault for Czech gymnastics representatives. With the help of digital devices SIMI Motion digitalization of 17 vaults by the representatives (six women and two male) took place. On the basis of the recording we compared angles on the springboard and angles on the vaulting table. We were interested also in height of hips during flying phase. The conclusion consists of an outline of theoretical and practical recommendations. |
