| Description | Intergenerational support of teachers. Paper describes some aspects of intergenerational support teachers in secondary schools. The first part deals with certain theoretical approaches to the issue of the status of teachers in the late stage of their careers in schools and projected aspects of their help younger colleagues and the whole school. The second part presents selected data from the research, which focused on issues including supporting senior teachers, and mutual assistance between generations of teachers in school. |
