| Description | The third International congerence on Cartography and GIS was hold in the Bulgarian Black sea resort Nesebar. The conference program run in various thematic sections and seminars: SDI (spatial data infrastructure), cartographic education, internet cartography, planetar cartography, economicé GIS applications, disaster management, children cartography, etc. Two seminars on ICA commision for early warning were organized by prof. Milan Konečný, commision chair. |
