Description The aim of the present study was investigation of the relationship between f and baroreflex sensitivity (BRS) in young diabetics and age-matched controls. Our study revealed a positive correlation between BRS and the frequency of the spectral peak in the cross-spectra of systolic blood pressure and heart rate fluctuations in the range of frequencies between 60 and 120 mHz in both young diabetics and age-matched healthy controls.
