| Description | The aim of the book is to offer an instrument based on the AACR2 and MARC 21 for cataloguing of documents for visually impaired. The text is divided into two parts. In the first part, the documents for visually impaired readers are classified and the main principles of their cataloguing are presented. The second part deals with cataloguing of electronic books for visually impaired. The text of second part is divided into three chapters. In the first chapter, the electronic resources are characterized and divided into the types. In the second chapter, the electronic resources for visually impaired users are characterized and the way of their cataloguing is specified. The third chapter deals with own cataloguing of the electronic books for visually impaired users. First subsection of third chapter is dedicated to the bibliografic description, the second one deals with indexing and the third one with location. Fourth subsection of third chapter especially deals with the cataloguing according to MARC 21. |
