Description | The chapter deals with mobbing, i.e. bullying at workplaces, with a special focus on school environment. It draws on an extensive survey in Czech primary schools that not only mapped this undesirable phenomenon but also investigated possible consequences of mobbing on interpersonal relationships among teachers, and on school climate. An important part of the chapter is an outline of possible defence against mobbing and of the basic prevention strategy. |
