Description | In this paper we present interpreted and discussed results of quantitative data analysis. The questionnaire investigation (where the respondents were lower secondary school teachers aged 50+ and school headmasters) were focused on four areas: teachers self-concept, cooperation with colleagues and school management, professional needs and expected support, and all of the above in a time perspective. We ask teachers how they perceive some aspects of doing the job now and the changes brought about by time, or in other words, how age, from their point of view influences their own work. |
