Description	Genome size (c-value; DNA content of haploid genome) was estimated using flow cytometry in species of families Dysderidae, Eresidae, Hersiliidae, Oecobiidae, Sparassidae, as well as in species of some other orders of Arachnida (Solifugae, Uropygi, Scorpiones, Pseudoscorpiones and Opiliones).
