Description	Althought we evaluate the part of the Commercial Code which regulates bussines obligations positively, there are duplications and problems which are solved with interpretation in compliance with the extending number of international treaties an the developing EC law. The use of commercial terms, bussines customs and additional clauses is extending at the expense of regulations. We think this is corrrect.
