• Description: Contribution deals with regional policy of the Czech Republic in terms of actual planning period of EU Policy of economic and social cohesion 2007/2013 with emphasis on its environmental component. Attention is paid not only to basic factual and financial questions linked in the context mentioned above with implementation of regional policy, but also to chosen questions of theoretical-methodological character influencing its effectiveness (including regional evaluation of quality of business environment). On the end possible scenarios of next development of Policy of economic and social cohesion are discuses from point of view of the Czech Republic.
