Description | In recent years, the biomedicine, like the other fields of research, has become more and more tied up with the computer science. The vast majority of measurments is acquired, stored and further evaluated in the instruments controlled by the appropriate computer programs. In optical microscopy such an equipment has already become a standard as it is very comfortable and fast to use it. The whole process of observation can be typically split into: specimen preparation, image transmission, image acquisition, and image analysis. The aim of this paper is the simulation of the first three steps in order we could generate the synthetic image. Such an image can be further used for verification wheter some image analysis method is appropriate and whether it performs correctly. |
