Description The determination of Pb(II), Zn(II) and Cd(II) ions in red and white wines has been carried out by means of ASV and CCSCP using a commercially available screen printed glassy carbon electrode coated with an ex situ deposited bismuth film (BiSPCE). The method provides good accuracy and reproducibility. The presence of Cu(II) in wines can contribute to the intermetallic formation of ZnCu, therefore the influence of this compound in the measurement of free Zn(II) has been checked.
