Description | Different experimental approaches can be used for interaction of laser beam with liquids. In this work were used arrangements for forming laser-induced plasma on the liquid surface and on drops of the liquid. In case of producing plasma on the liquid surface, the laser beam was tilted at an angle of 70 to the liquid surface. Temporal evolution of plasma temperature and limit of detection were calculated for both set-ups. All measurements were performed with aqueous solutions in air under atmospheric pressure. |
