Description The goal of the paper is to define several recommendations for realization of psychomotor activities in children and youth with visual disorders. These recommendations draw upon experiences gained during the work with children suffering from various types and levels of visual disorders, within a twin meeting of Slovak and Polish youth which took place in 2006 in High Tatras as well as within a relaxation-rehabilitation stay of children from The Primary Residential School for Blind and Visually Impaired in Levoča. At these meetings we used non-traditional psychomotor games and activities in order to develop the communication abilities, spatial orientation, attention and other important functions.
